IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR 2024 TAX SEASON

♦ VIRTUAL or PHONE APPOINTMENTS ONLY
  • The office at 1875 is now CLOSED – Do not leave documents at this location.

  • All appointments will be conducted virtually via Zoom or phone. No in-office appointments will be available.
♦ TAX SEASON APPOINTMENTS 2025
  • Appointments are OPEN for scheduling.
  • Appointment hours are Tuesday – Friday 10:30 to 6:30 pm. Saturday 10:30 am to 4:30 pm.
  • Live Phone coverage is available from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm Tuesday – Saturday. All voice messages received during or after hours will be returned with 24-48 hours on business days.
  • Appointments are currently available through April 14th, 2025.

♦ DOCUMENT SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
  •  Upload documents via the client portal (Preferred)

  •  Mailing requires prior approval & must be certified/tracked
  •  DO NOT EMAIL DOCUMENTS for cybersecurity reasons.

All tax documents must be submitted at least 5 business days before your appointment or the appointment will be canceled. You must contact the office to reschedule.

♦APPOINTMENT POLICIES & CANCELLATIONS
  • 48-hour notice required for cancellations.
  • $25 cancellation fee automatically added for late cancellations.
  • No-call/no-show = $25 reschedule fee.
  • Appointments should be scheduled as follows:
    • Individual Tax Returns (1040): 1 appointment per 2 people.
    • Individual + Business Returns: 2 separate 30-minute appointments.
    • Multiple Year Filings: 1 appointment per 2 years.

  • Not accepted: Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle
