Portal Setup Instructions:

Step 1 – Select “Need a Password or Forgot Password?”

Step 2 – Enter Email or Cell Phone information
Please note – if you had a portal previously, this should be the same email address

Step 3 – Enter SSN/ITIN/EIN:
ID will be the SSN of the Primary Taxpayer (spouse will still use the primary taxpayer’s SSN)

Step 4 – Click “Request New Password”

Step 5 – Check your email/phone for a temporary password

Step 6 – Return to login page and enter ID/email and temporary password

Step 7 – Update password and preferred contact information
