How to access your portal for the first time:
1. Go to “need a password or forgot password” link
2. Enter the cell phone number and Social Security number (ID) of the main taxpayer
You will receive a temporary password either in your email or text
3. Go back to sign in page; click on login selection
Use either ID (Social Security number) of
the main taxpayer
Or
Email address of the main taxpayer
4. Enter your temporary password and then update your password to something you will remember |
